Clear answers before you commit
Can I review a sample before placing an order?
Yes. Discuss the selected rice, required parameters and destination with Brian. Sample availability, quantity and shipping arrangements are confirmed for the project. Use your approved sample and agreed specification as the production reference.
How do you confirm price, MOQ and lead time?
They depend on the rice, quality grade, packing, artwork, quantity and destination. Your proposal sets out the agreed specification, packing, commercial terms and estimated timeline. Share your intended volume—even if you are still planning.
Will every order be made in the VPP factory?
Our factory anchors a coordinated sourcing network. Depending on the product and order, suitable raw-material sources and qualified processing partners may support production under the agreed quality-control approach. Discuss the production arrangement and any audit requirements before confirming.
Which certifications apply to my rice?
Review the original ISO 22000:2018 and Halal certificates, including the product and facility scope and validity. Confirm the selected rice and destination requirements with our team; the certificate and order inspection serve different purposes.
What happens if a quality or delivery concern arises?
Contact your VPP representative with the order or lot reference, packaging identification and supporting photographs. We coordinate record review, communicate findings and agree practical next steps. Remedies and responsibilities follow the sales agreement; feedback also informs the next order.
